BOOKINGS: Brochure and website FEES are in Euros and include all taxes.

BOOKINGS: rentals start at 2.30 p.m. and must be vacated by 9.30 a.m. Each stay, once started, is fully chargeable. Late arrivals, as well as early departures, are not grounds for refunds.

The reservation will be considered effective upon receipt of a 30% deposit and the signed rental contract, including signed agreement to General Conditions. Rentals must only be occupied by the number of people indicated during reservation.

All reservations are nominative, under no circumstances can the pitch or rentals be sub-let. Management does not allow more than 5 people (a baby is considered a person).

PAYMENT OF THE BALANCE: The balance must be paid 30 days before the start of your stay.

CANCELLATION AND AMENDMENTS: If you are prevented from staying for whatever reason, the deposit paid is in principle not refundable. If cancellation is made in writing more than two months before the start of your stay, a refund of 50% of the deposit will be granted. In the event of a last minute definitive cancellation (less than 30 days before the scheduled date of occupancy), a refund may be available for rentals.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: A 300 EURO security deposit, paid for with a bank card, will be requested.

-Guests are required to return the accommodation in a perfect state of cleanliness, empty the fridge, take out the garbage, and put the furniture and objects back in their original place.
If not, cleaning fees, as charged by specialised contractors, will be deducted from the security deposit.

-The non-reimbursement of the security deposit after check-out inspection does not exclude additional compensation in the event that costs incurred are greater than the amount of the latter. Guests are requested to check the rental inventory upon arrival and inform us within 24 hours of any discrepancies, after which we will be unable to take them into consideration.

LIABILITY AND INSURANCE: It is holidaymakers' responsibility to take out holiday insurance to cover for all damages. Baie des Voiles campsite declines all responsibility in the event of theft, loss or damage due to bad weather, fire, vandalism or incidents pertaining to holidaymakers' civil liability at the campsite. Each named accommodation renter is responsible for all disturbances and nuisances caused by said renter or people visiting them. Baie des Voiles declines all responsibility for any lost property on-site.

INTERNAL REGULATIONS: La Baie des Voiles is a holiday venue and family-oriented campsite. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking that would run contrary to this principle or would seek to divert it.

- Pitch and rental bookings are on a strictly personal basis, for the number of people indicated while booking, and as per accommodation specifications, (accommodation cannot be sub-let under any circumstances). Any extra accommodation (e.g., a tent), next to a rental, can be considered on payment of a camping fee.

- Minors must be accompanied by their parents or designated responsible adult.

- Visitors are under the responsibility of the guests who receive them, and are kindly asked to park their vehicles in the parking lot located at the campsite entrance.
-TRAFFIC, PARKING and NOISE NUISANCE: The maximum allowed speed on-site is 10km/h.
